He is currently serving as the Coordinator at the Entrepreneurship Cell and Spring Fest at IIT Kharagpur's Vinod Gupta School of Management. In this role, he is responsible for organizing events and programs that promote entrepreneurship and innovation among students. Prior to this, Rudraprasad worked as an Event Coordinator at Spring Fest and as a Community Development Intern at LetsEndorse. At LetsEndorse, he played a crucial role in building collaborations and multi-stakeholder support networks for UDYAMITA, a movement aimed at stabilizing usurped livelihoods of people and boosting local economies through the creation of nano and micro-enterprises in villages and small towns of India. Rudraprasad's technical expertise includes proficiency in Spring, a popular Java-based framework used for building web applications.
